The Vintage Life Church 2020 Vision comes out of our desire to be used by God in any way that pleases Him.  We do not presume upon God our own desires, but pray that His will be done.  Knowing that we are at our beginning as a church, we, as Paul says in 1 Corinthians 9:26, do not want to “run aimlessly” or “box as one beating the air,”  but desire to have a direction and a vision that points us forward for God’s glory.  The vision we have is based on the natural fruit of each of our seven core values as we see them over the next 10+ years.  We pray that this vision will keep us focused on who we are as a church, and our purpose for being a church.  We do not now see perfectly, but dimly, until The Perfect comes in His glory. Therefore, until that Day, we will strive continually to seek Him and His will for Vintage Life Church.

Biblical Authority - results in a reverent and bold church - 1 Thessalonians 2:13; Colossians 1:3-14; Acts 4:29-31; Luke 4:32; Isaiah 55:10-11

Our vision is to teach through the entire Bible by 2020 and every 10 years after that.  We also want to see an entire online study guide through the Bible completed by 2020.

Intimacy with God - results in a humble and powerful church - Isaiah 6:1-8; John 15:4-5; Acts 1:8

Our vision is to build a Spirit-filled community where prayer and worship are offered to God 24 hours a day.

Authentic Community - results in a loving and unified church - Acts 2:42-47; Colossians 3:12-17; 1 Corinthians 12:24-27

Our vision is to see lives being transformed in 100 life groups (Bible study groups) by 2020.

Passionate Stewardship - results in a serving and giving church - 1 Peter 4:10-11; 1 Corinthians 12:7

Our vision is to see 100% of our church serving inside and/or outside the church, and 100% giving.

Life Coaching - results in an equipped and maturing church - 2 Timothy 3:16-4:5; Ephesians 4:11-16

Our vision is to see 100 mentors equipping 500 servant leaders by 2020.  We also desire to see a Pastor and Missionary College started by 2020, as well as a mentoring track within one year.

Intentional Evangelism - results in a compassionate and mobilized church - 1 Corinthians 9:19-23; 2 Corinthians 5:17-6:13

Our vision is to see 4000 people saved and baptized by 2020 - that is an average of one per day.

Reaching Beyond our Reach - results in a sacrificing church - Philippians 4:10-20

Our vision is to see 5 daughter churches planted and designate 20% of our annual budget to missions and church planting by 2020.
